JST diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Vokasi, IPB University (SV-IPB). JST pertama kali diterbitkan pada awal 2011 dengan terbitan dua kali dalam satu tahun pada bulan Juni dan November. Oleh karena itu, sebuah alat monitoring yang dapat diakses secara jarak jauh dirancang sehingga dapat membantu pembudidaya mengoptimalkan produktivitas BSF. Alat ini memanfaatkan sensor suhu DHT-22 dan sensor intensitas cahaya <em>Ambient Light Sensor</em> untuk mengukur kondisi lingkungan di dalam bilik perkawinan BSF. Data yang terkumpul dari sensor-sensor ini akan diirim ke sistem <em>Internet of Things (IoT)</em> untuk pemantauan dan analisis. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi IoT, data suhu, kelembapan, dan intensitas cahaya akan terhubung ke aplikasi Blynk IoT. A few studies about the amount of water required by the seed for radicle emergence in germination has been done. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Seed Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture IPB Bogor. Maize seeds were planted using a solution of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) 6000 with a concentration level of 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30%. A Completely Randomized Design with 3 replications was used in this research. The appearance of the radicle first occurred in phase II, namely during the 48-hour observation for the Ψ -0,13 MPa treatment (5% PEG) and 60 hours for the Ψ -0,4 MPa treatment (10% PEG). The results showed that&nbsp; testing maize seed vigor under drought stress can use water potential (Ψ) higher than -0,4 MPa. Demineralized water is water that has gone through a mineral removal process which is a requirement for water in biological testing laboratories. To meet the need for demineralized water, the agency chose to process it independently using a Mixed Bed Demineralizer unit. Demineralized water produced by Mixed Bed Demineralizers must meet the quality standards used as a reference in laboratories, namely having a conductivity below 25 µS/cm, equivalent to a TDS of 12,5 ppm and a total plate count below 1000 colonies/ml. Based on studies conducted, the use of a Mixed Bed Demineralizer is effective in meeting the need for demineralized water because apart from meeting the quality standards required as a laboratory accredited by SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017, it is also 98% more cost effective compared to buying from outside. Talipuk merupakan biji dari teratai spesies <em>Nymphae pubescens </em>WILLD yang ketersediaannya melimpah di rawa Kalimantan Selatan.&nbsp; Penambahan tepung talipuk dalam pembuatan bihun diharapkan mampu mengurangi penggunaan tepung beras dalam pembuatan produk bihun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung talipuk terhadap sifat fisik dan kimia bihun. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen denga pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain rancangan acak lengkap&nbsp;&nbsp; dengan mengkombinasikan kadar tepung beras dan tepung talipuk. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji <em>one-way</em> ANOVA untuk melihat ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sifat fisika bihun yaitu daya serap air, derajat keutuhan dan daya tahan. There are around 700,000‒900,000 traded cardinal fish per year. The </em><em>Banggai cardinal hatchery currently needs to be developed. Efforts are being made, namely the development of the production of </em><em>Banggai cardinal fish seeds by using technology that is easy to apply. The </em><em>purpose of this study was to gather information on the techniques for seeding</em><em> cardinal </em><em>Banggai to produce quality seeds. The</em><em> Banggai cardinal fish is a type of fish that incubates eggs in its mouth or is called a mouth breeder. The total number of eggs incubated by the mother is 1</em><em>.520 eggs. The number of eggs that came out of the mother's mouth was 1.115 so the hatching rate (HR) obtained was 76%. Films are a rich form of art created to communicate information, mass media, communication, entertainment, education, and marketing products to the general public through storytelling.</em></p> <p><em>In producing short films, a combination of theoretical and practical methods is used in the field. The problem faced by cat owners in caring for their pet cats is a lack of knowledge about how to prevent disease. The research aims to identify the level of knowledge of cat owners about how to prevent disease during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research used a questionnaire to 100 cat owners who came to the WMB Satwa Clinic. The characteristics of the respondents who were recorded showed that the most cat owners were aged 17-25 years, dominated by women, had an undergraduate/graduate degree/doctoral degree, student work, and the number of cats kept was 1-2. The results of the study show that the knowledge of cat owners about how to prevent cat disease during the Covid 19 pandemic can be said to be quite good. This is based on the results of the questionnaire such as the owner has carried out complete vaccinations (26%) and annual vaccinations (21%) on their pet cats. The owner has provided routine treatments in the form of flea medication, worm medicine, and vitamins as much as 57.3%.
