Euis Sunarti, Syifa Istighfarani, Wulandari (Author) Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Keluarga dan Konsumen http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/49924 Fri, 31 May 2024 20:27:12 +0700 ADAPTATION OF THE FAMILY HARDINESS INDEX (FHI) INSTRUMENT FOR INDONESIAN ADOLESCENTS https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/54100
Family resilience in adolescence measures the ability to cope with challenges and disruptions within the family and engage in positive adaptation in their role as children. To address the limitations of the availability of family resilience measurement tools in the Indonesian language, this study aims to adapt and test the reliability and validity among adolescents. One widely used measurement tool for assessing family resilience internationally is the Family Hardiness Index (FHI), developed as part of The Resilience, Adaptation, and Well-Being Project. The testing was conducted on 276 participants aged 12–17 years (M = 14.5; SD = 1.7), with a gender distribution of 124 males (45%) and 152 females (65%). Psychometric property testing revealed that this adapted instrument met reliability criteria with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.75 and fulfilled construct validity criteria using confirmatory factor analysis. Through these findings, it is hoped that research related to family resilience for Indonesian adolescents will continue to advance, particularly among families facing various challenges and disruptions. Additionally, multiple suggestions and implications arising from this adaptation are discussed in the concluding section of this article.
Luisa Erica, Sri Redatin Retno Pudjiati (Author) Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Keluarga dan Konsumen http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/54100 Fri, 31 May 2024 20:33:31 +0700 PERAN AYAH DALAM PENGASUHAN YANG MEMPERKUAT RESILIENSI DIGITAL ANAK https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/52560
Wiwin Hendriani, Anita Anggraini Tedjadipura, Sabrina Meirizqa Khaerunnisa, Sabrina Meirizqa Khaerunnisa, Primatia Yogi Wulandari, Rudi Cahyono (Author) Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Keluarga dan Konsumen http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/52560 Fri, 31 May 2024 20:37:28 +0700 THE ROLE OF SOCIALIZATION IN FORMING SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION BEHAVIOR IN SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/50085
Sustainable consumption behavior, namely making decisions that ensure the environment will not be damaged by SDG's goal 12. This research explores the relationship between respondent characteristics and sustainable consumption behavior and the influence of teacher socialization, parental socialization, and social media on consumption and sustainability values. This research was conducted cross-sectionally on 218 elementary school students using cluster random sampling. The data was processed using SPSS 25 and Smart-PLS 3. The results showed that sustainable consumption behavior among male students tended to be better and also tended to be better among children who had working mothers. The results of the SEM analysis showed a significant influence of parental socialization on sustainable consumption behavior. In addition, a significant positive indirect effect was found between teacher socialization, parental socialization, and social media exposure on sustainable consumption behavior through consumption values. Therefore, parents need to provide positive socialization to children regarding consumption values to encourage sustainable consumption behavior in children.
Putri Fildzah Andini, Lilik Noor Yuliati (Author) Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Keluarga dan Konsumen http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/50085 Fri, 31 May 2024 00:00:00 +0700 THE ROLE OF IMAGINATIVE PLAY AND INHIBITORY CONTROL TOWARDS PROSOCIAL BEHAVIOR IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/50700
Preschool age is a crucial period to foster children's prosocial behavior using imaginative play. This study aims to determine the relationship between imaginative play and prosocial behavior, with inhibitory control as a moderator. The instruments used are the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) dimensions of prosocial behavior, the Child Imagination Questionnaire (CIQ), and Head-Toes-Knees-Shoulders Task. Participants were preschool children aged 3–6 years (n = 75). Parents and teachers of children are also involved in administering the data. The results show that there are differences in the assessment results between teachers and parents. The teachers' assessment result shows a significant relationship between imaginative play and prosocial behavior [(75)=0.501, p<0.05, r2=0.251, one-tailed], and inhibitory control moderate the relationship between imaginative play and prosocial behavior (R2=0.4831, p=0.000). However, the correlation among the three variables was found to be non-significant in the parents’ assessment. Inhibitory control also does not moderate the relationship between imaginative play and prosocial behavior. The different results between teachers' and parents' assessments are explained further in this paper.
Fina Melinda Purba, Efriyani Djuwita, Inge Uli Wiswanti (Author) Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Keluarga dan Konsumen http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/50700 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 16:05:36 +0700 CONSUMER PURCHASING BEHAVIOR OF ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY (OFD) APPLICATION USER https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/49688
The high demand for food access with applications creates competition between food delivery companies. The purpose of this research is to identify and to analyze promotion differences, price value, social influence, perceived usefulness, ease of use, customer experience, restaurant search, choice of food variants, consumer buying behavior, and continuous purchase intention. The research was conducted on consumers who used Gofood, Grabfood, and Shopeefood applications at least once in the last three months, with 400 respondents aged over 15 years. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. Analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis, ANOVA and SWOT tests. The results showed that there were differences in the variables of social influence, perceived usefulness, ease of use, restaurant search, food choice variants, consumer buying behavior, and intention to continue with Gofood, Grabfood, and Shopeefood applications. Shopeefood earns a lower average than Grabfood and Gofood. Strategies can be carried out by taking advantage of busy consumers to create dependence on OFD applications by meeting consumer expectations by providing promos.
Fini Anjela Perangin-Angin, Megawati Simanjuntak, Asep Taryana (Author) Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Keluarga dan Konsumen http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/49688 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 16:17:10 +0700 PERAN DIFERENSIASI DIRI TERHADAP PEMAAFAN PADA EMERGING ADULT DALAM KONFLIK ORANG TUA-ANAK https://jai.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jikk/article/view/53277
